Prepaid Reservations

Customers With Prepaid Reservations:

Upon entering either facility, simply have your confirmation email handy with QR Code ready to scan from your mobile device. The Entry Kiosk Scanner is located below the main screen. If your QR Code will not scan, please pull a ticket and provide BOTH your QR code and the ticket to the staff upon exiting the facility or press the HELP icon located on the screen.

Upon exiting either facility, once again as you did when entering, simply have your confirmation email with QR Code ready to scan from your mobile device at the Exit Kiosk. Once scanned the exit gate will open if no additional fees are owed.

Ticketless Virtual Options

Cashier-less Payments:

All exit lane/kiosks are automated. Exit lane/kiosks do not accept cash. You must pay for your parking via credit card only, by using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club at the automated exit lanes. Parking rates at San Diego’s Park, Shuttle & Fly are clearly posted at each parking lot. Lost tickets are charged at the maximum daily rate.
